They will come with a thermal imaging camera when moisture is detected they will give you a image of the damaged area which you can not see with the naked eye.

There may be a very good reason why you are losing heat, the insulation used may have moved or broken down due to age, if you have had your building reinsulated thermal imaging will show you if the job was done in an efficient manner. The system used is non-invasive. With thermal imaging there is no need cut hole in the walls or ceiling. Problems can be found in a quick and cost effective manner.
